Culturally Humble Supervision for the Modern BIPOC Clinician.

Supporting BIPOC therapists in building culturally grounded, sustainable, and deeply attuned practices through supervision rooted in cultural humility.

My Philosophy

Supervision Rooted in Cultural Humility

Judy Lui speaking at RBC women in business event

Clinical supervision is about more than developing skills or meeting professional requirements. It is a space for reflection, support, and meaningful growth throughout the evolving journey of being a therapist.

I support BIPOC therapists through culturally attuned supervision rooted in compassion, collaboration, and cultural humility. My approach integrates strengths-based, systemic, and reflective perspectives that honour the lived experiences therapists bring into their work and the many ways healing and care can be understood across communities.

Together, we create reflective spaces that encourage curiosity, deepen clinical confidence, and support sustainable practice. No one should have to navigate the complexities of clinical work alone.
